You choose which package best meets the needs of you and your family. Then answer a few simple questions and begin working with one of HBD’s experienced real estate professionals to find your dream home.

Once you’ve set up your membership, an HBD realtor will contact you to start the process. You’ll have access to our online tools to identify all the homes in the MLS that meet your criteria, and your realtor will handle the rest, from scheduling showings around your busy schedule to negotiating the best price and representing you through closing.

You’re in charge

We know your time is valuable; as a Home Buy Direct member you are rewarded for your participation. You’ll have convenient, online access to tools that previously were available only to real estate professionals, including access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), neighborhood assessments and preferred lenders, while receiving one-on-one professional representation from a local, experienced HBD realtor. You drive the process of identifying suitable homes that meet your criteria, not someone else.
